Tourist for a week-end

Tyska kyrkan / German Church in the bakground - Gothenburg

Saturday night my dear friend Maria from Portugal and her husband Joao came to visit us for a few days. We spend the sunday travelling to Kungälv, Marstrand, Tofta and Klippan. It was an ok day, not too warm, not too cold.
We visited Karlsten Fästning on the island of Marstrand a 350 year old fortress and enjoyed a swedish buffé at Båtellet.
Monday morning I took off from work in the morning and enjoy a tourist trip with the Red Bus in Gothenburg. Nice to discover your town by beeing a tourist and see the main attraction of the town from a higher level.

The City Sightseeing bus in Gothenburg. If you have the Göteborg-Pass (24 hours pass) you can go for free on it, otherwise 70:- kronor per person. It's worth trying especially if you don't have a lot of time and want to see a lot.

Now it's back to work. Weather is horribly rainy which makes it easier to sit in front of the computer.
