In May this year, during my visit to my mother I was invited for a very special lunch at the Hotel Defanti in Lavorgo http://www.defanti.ch/ . The owner Sandra is a very special woman. She arranges food festivities around the year with a special theme. By the time I was there the gastronomic week was dedicated to Dante Alighieri's Divina Commedia.
