DELICACIES....

It's still party time since we have the halloween week-end and here we go, I would like to share with you some really good chinese delicacies. Strolling around the food markets, evening time, in Beijing, you might want to try out this or that...or maybe nothing at all....
Up to you to choose.... but I can just add that chinese chefs are not boring!!

On the menu:

grilled seastar
boilet sea urchin
sea monsters of a huge variety

two eyed, panzared sea... crabs??

And last but not least... why not try out scorpions or seahorse??
